¶2Sri Ajay Sengar, Advocate holding brief of Sri S. Sengar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present anticipatory bail application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse under Section 438 Cr.P.C. at proper forum.

¶3In view of the statement so made, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

¶4The certified copy of the orders and other relevant documents shall be returned to the counsel for the applicant as per the Rules of the High Court after obtaining photostat copies, which shall be kept on record.
