¶1The instant petition has been filed praying for direction to respondent nos. 3 and 4 to decide representations dated 14.12.2022 and 25.03.2023 and to first determine compensation as per circle rate and pay the same to the petitioner.

¶2At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has executed a sale-deed during pendency of the writ petition in favour of the respondents. According to him, sale consideration amount has not been paid to the petitioner.

¶3If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to approach the authority for redressal of his grievance or avail such other remedy as may be advised or file fresh petition on the aforesaid cause of action.
