By means of this writ petition, petitioner has prayed to direct the Settlement Consolidation Officer, Mau, District-Mau (respondent no.2) to decide the Appeal No.851/918 filed under Section 11(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, (Indravati Vs. Anita and others) expeditiously. Taking note that before Authority concerned, on various dates the Advocates have not appeared on the ground of their call for abstention from judicial work, therefore, petitioner is directed to appear herself or through her Advocate and shall not take any adjournment on each and every date, whenever the case is listed. This writ petition is disposed of with the direction that concerned Authority shall take endeavour to decide the above referred appeal, expeditiously, in accordance with law if there is no legal impediment.
