¶1The petitioners whose land was acquired for the benefit of respondent no. 3, have filed representation dated 27.09.2019 for being paid 64.7% additional compensation in terms of the government order issued by the State Government after the decision of the full Bench in Gajraj and Others vs. State of U.P. & Others, 2011 (11) ADJ 1.

¶2The brief holder of Sri Aditya Bhushan Singhal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 very fairly states that the representation will be considered by the Authority.

¶3Accordingly without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the representation dated 27.09.2019 within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the representation.
