¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the chargesheet no.176 of 2017 dated 07.12.2017 and its cognizance order dated 05.01.2018 as well as entire proceedings of Special Case No.808 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No.0494 of 2017, under Sections-376, 323, 328 IPC and Section-4 POCSO Act, State Vs. Chanchal, Police Station-Anup Sahar, District-Bulandshahr, pending in the court of Special Judge, POCSO Act, Bulandshahr.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant and opposite party no.2 have got married and they are living together as husband and wife as on date, therefore, applicant wants to participate in trial.

¶4After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the present application.
