¶1The present petition has been filed stating that the respondent nos. 4 to 8 are physically and mentally harassing the petitioner and using illegal force against her.

¶2On the said averments petitioner filed the present petition seeking security from respondent nos. 4 to 8.

¶3It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Hapur i.e. respondent no.2 that in case, petitioner submits her fresh representation within 15 days form today before the respondent no.2 bringing all the necessary facts to the notice of respondent no.2, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law depending on his decision within a period of one month from the date of filing the representation.
