¶1Solitary grievance of the petitoner appears to be pendency of Claim Petition No. 853 of 2021 (Shafeeq Ahmad Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.), which proceeding instituted by the petitioner is stated to have remained pending before the U.P. State Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow. As to the stage, it has been informed, pleadings have been completed and the matter is ripe for hearing.

¶2Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a proper application before the Tribunal seeking expeditious disposal of the proceeding. If such application is filed within a period of two weeks from today alongwith a copy of this order, it is requested that the Tribunal may pass appropriate order to ensure speedy disposal of the claim petition.
