¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The only prayer being pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is for a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Firozabad to decide the application 6-C of the petitioner filed in Original Suit No.229 of 2021 pending before that court.

¶3It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of a family settlement, the plaintiff and the defendants, who are both the recorded tenure holders, had settled on their respective portions of the agricultural land but the defendants are not permitting the plaintiff to till the land and sow crops and, therefore, the suit has been filed. It is stated that on the application 6-C, the court issued notices but no order has been passed since the date of lodging of the suit on 12.03.2021. It is stated that an application dated 20.03.2023 was also filed before the trial court for expeditious disposal of the application for temporary injunction.

¶4This Court is not inclined to pass any such order as is sought in the present petition. However, it is left open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the trial court for expeditious consideration of the application 6-C, which shall be considered by the trial court.
