¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief :

(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order dated

06.06.2023 passed by the respondent no.1 in Appeal No.01961/2018 (Computer Case No.C201812000001961) [Harinandan (deceased) substituted Pramod etc. Vs. Rampal Singh and others as well as the order dated 8.3.2013 passed by the respondent no.2 in Case No.07/2011-12 (Rampal Singh Vs. Harinandan and another) (Annexure 10 & 7 respectively to writ petition).

(ii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus restraining the contesting respondents from dispossessing the petitioners from the land in question pursuant to the impugned orders."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 333 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act before the Board of Revenue.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of revision as per the Section 333 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act. Order Date :- 12.10.2023 S. Singh High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
