¶1Heard Sri Anil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for respondent no.8.

¶2After arguing at length, learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the matter is now posted for hearing before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, therefore, he may be directed to hear the matter afresh in accordance with law considering all the legal submissions to be raised by the rival parties.

¶3Aforesaid fair submission is liable to be accepted, therefore, without interfering with the impugned order, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Deputy Director of Consolidation to decide the revision petition afresh after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of six months from today.
