¶1After some arguments, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition.
¶2Prayer made is allowed.
¶3The petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed. This order is passed in presence of Mrs. Rama Goel Bansal, learned counsel for the respondents.
¶4Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order after obtaining photo-copy of the same for keeping on record.
