The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that he is not being paid the transportation charges for transporting rice at the instance of the Food Corporation of India in 2010-11 and 2011-

¶12It would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending. The petitioner may make a fresh representation before the Divisional Manager Food Corporation of India, Sigra, District Varanasi bringing all the necessary facts to his notice who on receipt of the said representation shall decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law depending on his decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation along with a copy of this order.
