¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2By means of this petition, the petitioner who was appointed as Waterman (Group D Post) claims to have not been paid salary and further seeks promotion from the post of waterman to the post of Clerk.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has already tendered his resignation on

30.03.2023 which has been accepted on 31.03.2023.

¶4Copy of the instruction obtained by learned Standing Counsel is taken on record today and the same is also supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶5Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh challenging the order passed by the authority.
