This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the opposite party no. 2 to ensure the compliance of recovery warrant issued by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur in Case No. 1659 of 2022 (Shakuntala vs. Hiralal), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station Line Bazar, District Jaunpur pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur. On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of some defect in the application, applicant does not want to press this application, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
