The writ Court on 15.12.2021 while disposing off Writ-C No. 33422 of 2021 has passed the following order; "Petitioner claims to have been allotted a shop under the State Scheme and he has also deposited the requisite amount. Grievance of the petitioner is that certain private persons have unauthorizedly occupied the shop and the physical possession of shop is not being given to petitioner. It appears from the record that the claim of the petitioner has already been directed to be examined by the third respondent under an order passed by the District Samaj Kalyan Adhikari. In the facts of the case, remedy of the petitioner would be to represent his grievance before the second respondent annexing all materials in support of his claim and the second respondent would ensure that the petitioner's grievance is got examined in accordance with law and necessary action is taken within a period of three months. With the above observations/directions, this writ petition stands disposed off." From perusal of the order of writ Court, it is clear that the grievance raised by the applicant was to be considered by the opposite party. A compliance affidavit has been filed by the State wherein in paragraph no. 7 it has been stated that the order of writ Court has been complied by the opposite party on 22.10.2022 and a detailed and speaking order has been passed in the matter, copy of which has been brought on record as annexure No. 1 to the compliance affidavit.
