¶1Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, representing the respondent no.4.

¶2The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that he is not being paid the dues accrued in his favour for doing certain works, which were part of the contract executed in favour of the petitioner.

¶3The petitioner claims that the amount of Rs. 13,72,980/-/-is due against the respondents and is to be paid by Executive Engineer, Jal Nigam (Rural), Kanpur Nagar i.e. respondent no.4.

¶3It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Engineer, Jal Nigam (Rural), Kanpur Nagar i.e. respondent no.4 that in case, petitioner submits his fresh representation within 15 days form today before the respondent no.4 bringing all the necessary facts to the notice of respondent no.4, the respondent no.4 shall decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law depending on his decision within a period of one month from the date of filing the representation.
