From the instructions which have been filed by the learned counsel for the Electricity Department, we find that the petitioner for the very same relief has approached the District Consumer Forum, Mahoba and the complaint number is 90 of 2023. Under such circumstances, no interference is being made in the instant writ petition. However, we direct that the complaint bearing no. 90 of 2023 be decided within a period of three months.
