¶1Heard Sri Gaurav Kumar Chand, representing the respondent no.1, Sri Devi Shanker Shukla, representing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 and the Standing counsel representing the respondent no.4.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a mandamus commanding the Indian Oil Corporation and its Officer to consider the representation filed by the petitioner for reallocation of retail outlet previously awarded to the petitioner.

¶3It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the General Manager Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. i.e. respondent no.2 that in case, petitioner submits his fresh representation within 15 days form today before the respondent no.2 bringing all the necessary facts to the notice of respondent no.2, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law depending on his decision within a period of one month from the date of filing the representation.
