Hon'ble Salil Kumar Rai,J. Hon'ble Surendra Singh-I,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. In this context, the petitioner has also made a representation to the Chief Medical Officer, Agra. The concerned nursing home is a private body and the petitioner has not been able to show any statutory provision which empowers the Chief Medical Officer or any other State authority to compel the said nursing home to treat the petitioner for assisted reproductive technology.
