¶3It would serve no useful purpose to keep the petition pending and considering the pleadings in the petition and the circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with the direction

to

the

District

Magistrate, Sonbhadra/Administrator/Kanhar Dam Project, Sonbhadra that in case the petitioners file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Sonbhadra within one month from today, the same shall be decided by him within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation and appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken depending upon the decision of the District Magistrate, Sonbhadra within next period of one month.
