Judgment

Court No. - 32 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 35426 of 2023 Petitioner :- Kripa Shankar Ojha Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 6 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ajit Kumar Pathak,Rajesh Singh Counsel for Respondent :- CSC Hon'ble Salil Kumar Rai,J. Hon'ble Surendra Singh-I,J. Heard the counsel for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that respondent nos. 5 to 7 are interfering in the possession of the Bhumidhari plot of the petitioner despite an order of temporary injunction having been issued by the concerned civil court in favour of petitioner in civil proceedings instituted by him. The dispute in the petition does not raise any question of public law and, therefore, the petition is not maintainable. The prayer for mandamus stands rejected. The petitioner has the remedy to approach the concerned civil court for redressal of his grievance. With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of.
