¶1None appears for the petitioner. Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel appears for State respondents.

¶2The petitioner, who is stated to be registered contractor, has approached this Court for a direction to respondents to pay the balance amount of Rs.3,31,716/- for the construction/restoration work done by him. Further prayer has been made for a direction to respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated

26.4.2023 and 5.6.2023 within stipulated period.

¶3On the matter being taken up today, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel has produced the detailed instructions dated

23.9.2023 sent by the Executive Engineer concerned, which are taken on record. On the basis of instructions, he submits that the admitted amount has already been released by the department concerned. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may approach to the competent civil court for redressal of his grievance.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances as well as the categorical instructions, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may invoke the remedy before the competent civil court.
