¶1The petitioners have prayed for a direction to the respondents to make rehabilitation award in respect of Gata Nos. 139, 220kha, 221ka, 221Ga and Gata No. 240.

¶2The main award is not in respect of Gata No. 139 nor there is any evidence to show that it was acquired.

¶3Consequently, we dismiss the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition in respect of the acquired land.
