¶1Instructions obtained today are taken on record.

¶2The argument advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he had not been served with the notice dated 07.04.2023 and, therefore, he could not produce the original record relating to his date of birth.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel is not averse to the matter being directed to be considered by the authority by way of post decisional hearing in the matter.

¶4Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of with the direction that petitioner shall be appearing before the authorities with the relevant documents on or before 31.10.2023. The authorities thereafter shall examine the same and pass appropriate order afresh within period of fifteen (15) days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
