05.08.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0205 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Madhuwan, District-Mau. Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and upon a perusal of the record, we find that the FIR impugned is under Section 198-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, which is a heinous offence.
