¶1Heard Shri V.K.Singh, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Saroj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.

¶2It is stated that petitioners are confining their petition to the disposal of the pending representation dated 22nd September, 2022, relating to their claim for promotion as Assistant Regional Transport Officer, 2007-08/2008-09 and to further provide consequential benefits.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel submits that he does not have any objection to the above request.

¶3In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the State Government, namely, the competent authority in the matter to dispose of the pending representation dated 22.9.2022 strictly in accordance with law by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
