The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that they are being illegally denied allotment under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna because they had refused to satisfy the illegal demands being made by the concerned revenue ofÏcers. The issue raised in the present petition involves disputed question of fact and, therefore, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending and the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files fresh representation alongwith the certified copy of this order before the District Magistrate Shahjahanpur, District-Shahjahanpur, the District Magistrate shall decide the same within a period of two months from the date of filing the representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law depending on the decision within next three months.
