¶1Heard Shri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.07.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 271 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Maudaha, District Hamirpur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that charge-sheet No. 317 of 2023 has already been forwarded on 09.08.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
