¶1Heard Shri Suneel Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 18.07.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0070 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Myorpur, District Sonebhadra.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that charge-sheet No. 86 of 2023 has already been submitted on 13.08.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
