¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief : " I) Issue writ order or direction in nature of mandamus to the respondent no.2, Addl. Commissioner Administration, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh to ensure the hearing of pending restoration application No.400M in Revision No.C201515000893 of 2015 District Mau (Ram Murat Vs. Ram Nayan and others, District Mau) on next date of hearing and decide the expeditiously within shortest time bound as this Hon'ble Court may think fit under the fact circumstances of the case in interest of justice.

¶3No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No.2, Addl. Commissioner (Administration), Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh to consider and decide the aforementioned application in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
