In view of the above factual position and for the reasons given in the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 7.8.2023, the aforesaid order passed by this Court is confirmed. The applicant shall remain on bail on same terms and conditions as given in earlier interim order dated 7.8.2023 during prendency of trial. Bail application is allowed. Professional bill of this case of Ms. Archana Singh, counsel for opposite party no.4, shall be cleared by Allahabad High Court Legal Services Committee, within two weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
