¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2Since the controversy involved in this case is same as involved in Writ-A No.14154 of 2023 (Anurag Mishra & ors vs. State of UP & ors), which has been disposed of today itself, quashing the order impugned therein dated 07.08.2023, this petition also stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in the said writ petition.

¶3Accordingly, the order impugned dated 07.08.2023 is hereby quashed providing petitioners to represent their case before the Director General, Medical and Health Services, UP Lucknow within four weeks from today and after representation is made, the respondents shall proceed to pass order afresh in accordance with law.
