¶1Heard Shri Adarsh Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Vijay Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 491 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Akrabd, District Aligarh.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 444 of 2023 has been forwarded on 10.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
