¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the Criminal Case No.3249 of 2018 (State Vs. Jokhu and Others) arising out of Case Crime No.0001 of 2018, under Sections 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Uska Bazar, District Siddharth Nagar.

¶3Counsel for the applicant submits that on perusal of the order sheet, it is apparent that vide order dated 11.12.2019, case was listed for framing of charge but no charge has been framed against the accused persons and the case is pending before the trial court since 2018.

¶4Considering the aforesaid facts, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
