Act), Jalaun at Orai in Session Trial No.75 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No.452 of 2023, (State Vs. Lalu Kushawaha @ Chandraprakash Kushawaha and others) under Sections 323, 324, 34, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (r)

(s) of SC/ST Act, Police Station-Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the appellants want to surrender before the trial court. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellants appear before the trial court within 15 days from today and move an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
