There is nothing in the record to show before this Court as to whether the criminal history alleged in the bail cancellation application was produced before the Court granting bail by the prosecution. The order of the trial court granting bail is a speaking order. The bail cancellation application is essentially an application for rehearing or review of the order granting bail. Grounds in the application affirm these facts. This Court is neither sitting in appeal nor in review jurisdiction. No case for bail cancellation is made out.
