¶1By means of this writ petition the petitioners have prayed for direction commanding the respondents not to interfere in their peaceful matrimonial life in any manner as they are major and have married to each other of their own freewill.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel on instructions, informs the Court that an F.I.R. has been lodged against petitioner no.2 in this matter.

¶3Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy.
