This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "a-direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Gorakhpur to decide the application 7c under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 and 151 of C.P.C. on 2.5.2015 pending in the suit No. 547/2015 Ram Singh vs. Nagar Nigam Gorakhpur and another u/s 9 of CPC and 38 of the Specific Relief Act pending in the court of the Civil Judge (J.D.) City Gorakhpur." It appears that the plaintiff-petitioner has instituted a suit for permanent injunction against the Nagar Nigam in which an application for temporary injunction is stated to have been filed. On perusal of the record of this petition reveals that the certified copy of the order-sheet has not been filed so as to ascertain the correct stage of the proceedings.
