The prayer of this writ petition is to implement the orders passed by Consolidation Officer, which would be properly addressed by following order.:- The authorities under U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act are under obligation to carry out the necessary 'Amaldaramad' on basis of finality of proceedings under the Act and in case, within the stipulated time, the authorities failed to do so, petitioner has liberty to approach the concerned authority by way of filing an application in Rule 27 or Rule 109-A of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules, as the case may be and in case, any such application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of two months from the date of filing.
