¶1At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that ends of justice would be served, in case the trial of the present case is expedited.

¶2Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 as well as learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

¶3Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, it is hereby directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the trial of Case Crime No.33 of 2020, under Section 452, 354A, 354D, 504, 427, 392, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Naini, District Allahabad as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
