¶1Heard Shri Ram Awadh Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Vivek Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 26.7.2023, registered at Case Crime No.0355 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325 IPC & sections 3(1)(dh) & 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Nichlaul, District Maharajganj.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet no.421 of 2023 has been forwarded on 13.9.2023 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
