Pappur @ Shyam Bihari and others) as well as charge-sheet No.01 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(2) (Va) of SC/ST Act arising out of Case Crime No.166 of 2023, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (Da), 3(1) (Dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station-Kotwali Konch, District Jalaun. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the appellants want to surrender before the trial court. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellants appear before the trial court within 15 days from today and move an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
