¶1Heard Shri Brijendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated

01.08.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 391 of 2019, under Section 395 IPC and under Section 3(2)V SC/ST Act converted under Section 147, 452, 323, 504, 427, 506 IPC and under Section 3(1)Da, Dha SC/ST Act, P.S. Jalalabad, District Shahjahanpur, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case and he has also challenged the same before appropriate forum.
