This petition has been filed seeking following reliefs; " 1. set aside the impugned order dated 16.07.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Fatehpur in original suit no.303 of 1985 ( Shri Radha Krishna Virajman Mandir Versus Pramesh Kumar and others) (Annexure no.6 to this petition).

¶2direct the court of Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Fatehpur to decide the case no.302 of 1985 ( Shri Radha Krishna Virajman Mandir Versus Pramesh Kumar and others, (Annexure no.1 to this petition), pending before the Court of Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Fatehpur within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." A Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.3 of 2023 has been filed on 20.07.2023 by the learned counsel for the petitioners seeking withdrawal of the petition as he does not wish to press it.
