¶1Sri Avinash Kumar Verma, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the applicant. The same is taken on record.

¶2Heard counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶3This is an application for cancellation of bail.

¶5The opposite party no.2 was released on bail by In-charge Sessions Judge/ Additional Sessions Judge Court No. 1, Allahabad vide order dated 22.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. Bail Application No. 68 of 2020.

¶6Arguments have been advanced against the order granting bail. It appears that the instant application is essentially an application for re-hearing or review of the order granting bail. This Court is neither sitting in appeal nor in review jurisdiction.

¶7No case for bail cancellation is made out. However, in case any instance of threatening or influencing the witnesses is brought to the notice of the learned trial court, the learned trial court shall take appropriate measure under the Witness Government Scheme, 2018.
