¶1Heard Shri Rama Kant Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 7.5.2023, registered at Case Crime No.0228 of 2023, under Section 366 IPC, Police Station S.M. South, District Shahjahanpur.

¶3By drawing attention to the short counter affidavit, it is submitted by learned A.G.A. that the Final Report No.38 of 2023 has been forwarded on 7.6.2023 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
