¶1Heard Shri Manoj Yadva, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. Deeksha Gupta, holding brief of Shri Siddharth Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant, Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 13.3.2023, registered at Case Crime No.65 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Gadwar, District Ballia.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet no.78 of 2023 has been forwarded on 11.4.2023 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
