¶1Heard Shri Jawad Tariq, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 06.07.2023 in Case Crime No. 0279 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station Qila, District Bareilly.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the final report no. 103 of 2023 has been filed on 19.08.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
