¶1On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of some defects, he does not want to press this application, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application with the liberty to file fresh application with better particulars.

¶2In view of above, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
