¶1Heard Shri Parmeshwar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed directing the respondent no. 3 to submit the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. in a stipulated time in Case Crime No. 0262 of 2022, under Sections 364, 506 IPC, Police Station Awagarh, District Etah.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the final report no. 87 of 2023 has been forwarded on 16.08.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
